The development site has Outline Planning Consent for up to 88 dwellings granted on Thursday 2nd April 2015 (Application No. 13/05724/OUT). It is subject to a Section 106 Agreement completed on 2nd April 2015 and associated Deed of Variation dated the 26th October 2015. NB: the Outline Consent included an area of 1.2 hectares of Employment Land (B1 Use) which has been separated from the residential site. The consented scheme will not be subject to a CIL charge.
